1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CleanupThatVibeCode ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CleanupThatVibeCode provides software development and codebase refactoring services including, but not limited to, Cleanup Sprints, Devshop Pod engagements, and Dedicated Engineer placements. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Payment

Pricing for services is as listed on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all work product created specifically for you under a service engagement becomes your property. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and non-proprietary techniques developed during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client code, data, and business information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanupThatVibeCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work product and you will pay for work completed to date.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
